A Boscanova breakfast

This is the excerpt for your very first post.

One of my favourite things to do on a lazy weekend day is to walk to Boscombe High St and have a late breakfast at Boscanova. They do fabulous coffee & an amazing vegan breakfast.

The cafe itself is a lovely surprise in the questionable area of Boscombe. When I first went in there just after it just opened in 2007, it instantly reminded me of a quirky Brighton/Shoreditch cafe and that hasn’t changed. They pride themselves on quality food made with love and good ingredients.

The breakfast itself is a joy, everything you want on a breakfast and whilst feeling naughty, actually isn’t. It includes, crushed Avocado on Sourdough toast with Chilli & micro herbs, baked beans, houmous with dukkah seasoning, grilled tomatoes, rocket and the most amazing portobello mushrooms I have ever tasted – it is delicious especially accompanied with one of their Almond milk flat whites. Just the thing you need when feeling slightly jaded from the night before.

They offer a number of other breakfast & lunch options, including plenty for none vegans out there.

I highly recommend a visit!
